Refund issues
To be eligible for a refund, your order must meet the condition that the item(s) has not been shipped after 3 days from the date of the order. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a refund, you can contact us at info@giftstokabul.com. We will notify you once we’ve received and investigated your claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Any other card or account will not be acceptable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Policy
Unfortunately, we do not have a return policy due to the fact that most of our products are perishable items such as flowers, which means you cannot return the item(s) after your recipient receives it. Kindly note that most types of items we offer cannot be returned to any other company as well, like gift cards, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to ask for a refund for item your recipient has not received, and once the refund is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
